pasta al riccio

Ingredients:

Serves: 2

 

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • Italian extra virgen olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium chilli pepper
  • 2 pieces of bacon
  • few basil leaves
  • 20 parts sea Urchin

 

 

Preparation:

Put the spaghetti to cook in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile in a pan put warm extra virgin olive oil with garlic, bacon, chilli pepper

until browned garlic and turn off the heat.

When the spaghetti is cooked, let them jump into the pan

with sea urchin and basil leaves on a low flame for a minute or two.

Now all you have to do is serve.  And…

BUON APPETITO!!…
